Sienna Condominiums - Evanston, IL The Sienna campus, located in downtown Evanston, is a phased project including two condominium buildings, an 200 key Aloft hotel. The second phase was occupied in late 2007. Phases 3 and 4 (apartments and hotel) will be seeking LEED certification and will be completed in late 2009. Each of the four buildings are approximately 100,000 sf, with underground parking, a shared pool and fitness area and exterior courtyard. The Cullie Group provides project management, schedule management and preconstruction services for the various phases of the project.
