The project is seeking LEED certification, and it includes underground parking, first floor retail and work/live units, stepped terraces throughout the 6 stories and a state of the art fitness, pool and recreation area on the top floor. The 700,000 square foot campus includes luxury finishes including wood floors, granite countertops, Canac cabinets, Grohe fixtures and exposed ceilings.
