Sustainability The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System by the United States Green Building Council (USBGC) has become the nationally accepted benchmark for green buildings. Because The Cullie Group places a significant emphasis on sustainable design and construction, we have positioned ourselves to work on a number of LEED accredited projects.  In fact, over half of The Cullie Group’s projects to date have or will be seeking LEED certification through the USGBC. Our experience with LEED projects has guided us to develop a set of LEED consulting services specifically tailored to projects seeking LEED certification. Already with two LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, The Cullie Group has initiated a plan to have 100% of its project managers become LEED Accredited Professionals. Sustainability is the key to a successful project, and our results-based approach to meet our clients’ goals is based upon the fact that we believe a successful project provides economic development, social enrichment and environmental protection.
