Her proven expertise with preconstruction, on-time project management, and systems reviews will add a priceless addition to your project team. Throughout her career in the development and construction industry, Shaylyn has specialized in a number of markets: O'Hare Airport - Renovation and Additions, Condominiums, Hospitality, Apartments, Senior Living - Luxury, and Education - K thru 12.

Kevin Farrell

Kevin Farrell has spent his entire 25-year career as an owner / developer representative on a wide variety of construction projects. During this time, he has managed entitlement, design, construction and asset management activities on a wide variety of real estate developments including luxury high-rise condominiums, affordable rental apartments, an adaptive reuse hotel project and high rise office building projects. Kevin recently participated in the City of Chicago Green Urban Design Task Force and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of the Home Builders Association.
